This was my last show and the best way to end this trip was to have VIP and amazing seats right? Thanks to my sister for getting us VIP we had Silver which I was happy with it better than nothing.
First off we started the day by attending the Wylee party and I couldn’t decided what I wanted for the life of me and I wanted to show SD the dress I want to get. We ended up just hanging out and chilling pretty much and I finally brought something after Leighanne told me that I could only get one thing ha-ha (she was basically being a mom, I told her if I got both items I would be broke and no food) LOL
Brian, Baylee and Prue all showed up but disappeared at some point and of course I had no idea he left I actually didn’t notice :\ hah, I did end up chatting with Baylee and Prue for a bit and threw the football around. I asked Baylee if he was going to play football this fall, if he was going to play Basketball again he was being funny and telling stories.
SD and I got a photo with Leighanne which we’ve always wanted and we finally got it and we gave her love as she came gave back to us she was so busy one point she came over and said she promises she will come back to us and chat. ;D I honestly cannot remember all that we chat about I know it was from canes for the show, sharing another story of Brian and a girl for INBYH, and so on I did tell her we need a Wylee credit card and then I said no wait that would be bad for me but she liked the idea LOL.
We left the Wylee party and went to eat some lunch which I was excited for since we ended up eating at White Castle (we don’t have one in Colorado) then it was time to head to the venue for VIP!
Everyone was lined up and inside the venue due the weather and I for one can’t be out in the rain due to my hearing aids so I was happy we were allowed to wait inside SD and I finally checked in and waited in our spots and just basically count dots and bugs until it was time to go inside for sound check to start (I’m really kidding bout the bugs and dots)
I’m not sure why but this time I was really mellow during sound check I just sat there and watched I tried taking a video and it was very dark, and most of my photo’s turned out a little dark.
I cannot remember what questions were asked and their answer’s like I said it happened so fast I’m shocked I remember what I do know.
We were seated in the 4th row which wasn’t bad and of course it was very dark inside so I had a hard time seeing well (wish they turned the lights on for us at least) and now this does take a lot of me to say because I usually take what I can but this wasn’t the best sound check I’ve been too and I’ve been to a few but of course I’m not going to take it personal and quit doing VIP’s. There was a lot of people in sound check due to a contest of a radio so it ended up being two sections of people. Eventually all the guys came out and they were right in front of us but ended up having to move down a little due to the second section not able to see well. AJ and Brian were the most active ones out of the group, AJ had tons of energy and Brian was being his usual self of goofing off and making people laugh. Nick sat on his stool most of the time and also played around with his guitar, a fan did ask him a question and she asked him to marry her and Nick’s laugh was just what I wanted to see/hear.
Photo time so the radio winner’s went first and they into groups and Silver was next.
Once I grabbed the gifts I forgot I headed out with SD to wait for our turn, we wasn’t prepared to even find 2 more people for our photo so we ended up getting a couple and no clue who they were lol.
While waiting I noticed Drew was standing there and told him hi and long time no see and he all yeah I know and gives me a smile and asks how I was and I told him I was good and asked how he was doing and then he gives me touch on my shoulder and tells me to go ahead up.
SD went first then I went the boys were ready for us to shake their hands (no hugs were allowed for us Silver packages I guess) and I totally spaced it out due to it being very rushed. I get up to AJ and I look up and he goes “Good to see you again” and smiled and I said thank you and smiled back and gave him his gift and told him that he has to read the note to understand about the necklace and he said okay and we both smiled at each other, next I shook Howie’s hand and told him hello and we exchanged smiles, next was Nick I cannot remember if we shook hands or not but we exchanged smiles and he looks at me and goes “heyyy” I was like here you go I got you another shirt and this one you should like a lot and he says he does and then I have Brian over here going “Shay, Shay, SHAY!!!!” and I look over and I’m like what, and he’s all reaching his hand to shake my hand and I just laughed and said hello and we exchanged quick smiles and I turned around quickly for our photo, I had no time to ask Nick to put his arm around me and sadly SD wanted to be next to AJ so I told her next time we are both doing Gold and as we were walking I heard Nick say something but I couldn’t understand it since I couldn’t read his lips and I also thought Brian was saying something too but since I wasn’t watching where I was going I almost ran into Josh and we both laughed and I said I’m sorry he’s all it’s okay :\ SD told me later on when I mentioned bout Nick saying something but not catching it and she told me what Nick said which was “Oh, it's so crazy, she's like Baby, I'm like SwayShay" and I just laughed because it was a line from NKOTB song Dirty Dancing and he added my twitter name in instead of Swayze LOL I do heart this man ha-ha.
The show was awesome we had section 107 row DD which were pretty amazing seats we had a great view for everything, they all had energy through the roof Nick even ripped his shirt open and my jaw was like all the way open this was totally not expected and of course the crowd went wild, we weren’t a quiet crowd we were loud all night!
Brian intimated me during Get Down I was basically jumping up and down like everyone else and them and he see’s me and points and continues to jump along ha-ha.
Brian also pointed at me during Drowning *sighs* and Brian also intimated me again at the end of the show during the Mash Up.
SD and I ended up getting eye contact from all the member’s from both bands and we made sure we made this night was the best night ever we sang every song we did the dance moves to the songs we both did Dirty Dancing together ha-ha I was just having a good time and made sure to enjoy it since it was my last show after all.
