December 10th 2010
Day Two
Backstreet Cruise
Key West, Florida
I woke up at 7:00am I couldn’t find anyone due to the fact that we were in Key West so I’m guessing everyone I knew was already up and going for their plans they had for the day although I did bump into two people and ended up having a small breakfast with them and chatted *waves* once they left I went to try and find something to do then I got bbm by Holly and I met her in her cabin, her roommate, her and myself went to have breakfast as they were getting their breakfast I found a table for all of us to sit at but I guess they didn’t hear me that I found a table so while waiting for them thinking they had left me after I found them I was told that I missed Howie.
Later on Sally, Holly and I got off the boat and took a trolley down to Key West to explore, I was just enjoying the sunny weather and the surroundings around me, when we got off we walked around a bit and Sally did some shopping I was trying my hardest to not shop, after awhile we headed to a restaurant which I had forgotten the name but it was nice we sat outside since I get cold easy so I sat in the sun and I ordered a daiquiri and calamari which ended up being so good. After we ate we walked around a little more and went into some shop and I ended up buying some seashell necklaces and we finally got into the line to get on the trolley to take back to the boat.
As we were sitting waiting for others to get on I happened to spot Nick and Lauren on the same trolley as us and as they sat down on the right side of me. Howie was also near next to the trolley talking to Nick and we took off. As we went I eventually got Lauren’s attention and she got Nick to pose for my camera and I asked her for a photo if it wasn’t too much and she said sure but it didn’t work out but I have to admit that ride to the boat was just amazing Nick was just chatting with people, looking through his camera and Lauren was chatting with us and others as well and at one point Lauren got cold and Nick help warmed her up which I thought was too cute, lol!
We had to check in and all that to get back onto the boat and when I got on and waited for a elevator I saw Howie, Leigh and James, I took a couple of photos while Howie was telling him to wave to us.
After awhile a elevator was finally ready so I got on but I don’t remember where I went ha-ha I was just all over the ship and I know I ran into some friend’s and talked to them I just knew at this time I just wasn’t myself, I had a lot going through my mind.
It was time for the Question and Answer with Backstreet Boys so I went and grabbed my spot and I was getting pretty upset that my roommate hadn’t showed up until the middle of it and she came in drunk shouting answers back to the boys, repeating what they were saying, making small random comments and I was really embarrassed I mean even Nick and Brian kept looking over to where I was and I just couldn’t help but put my hand up by my face into shame because here I was just trying to enjoy the boys, finally after she fell on me and spilled beer all over my tote I told her to go to the room and sleep which she did about 15 minutes or so later.
I will say that after that whole thing passed, Nick was answering a question and I will never forget how he kept looking at me and just into answering it *sighs* right now I can’t remember what the question or answer was.
After the Q&A I headed to my room and changed into my formal outfit for the captain’s dinner and ended up finding Holly and Erika at the photo’s and that’s where I met my new friend Jessica who I ended up hanging out with most of the cruise, they had to still get ready for dinner so I can’t remember what happened next but I do know that Erika went with me to help me find my drink tickets ha-ha and then we ended up meeting up with Holly and Jessica for dinner.
As we were waiting to get seated I saw Nick, Lauren and AJ walking by going into the dining room (they had assigned seating) but I have to say Nick looked stunning in the tux I was like not drooling but he looked so damn good!
We ended up getting seated up on the 2nd level again and we were seated with other people and we just chatted and enjoyed our meal I ended up having lobster and warm chockalott melting cake, yes I forgot what my appetizer was.
Time for the event of the night with Backstreet Boys so as to that Jessica went to her cabin to change and she was meeting me at my cabin, so I headed to my cabin and got changed, got ready and touched up my makeup and we headed to the Lido deck and got our spots which turned out to be awesome, I decided to not take many photos since it was dark so I started taking some video’s, Nick came down again and handed out shots I just took a few photos and watched him interact a little although his mask he had was a tad scary ha-ha. It was awesome seeing the boys interact with fans and party with us.
During the night Brian waved to me and Leighanne was saying good bye to everyone and when I finally took off my mask she recognized me and ended up giving me TONS of love, blowing me kisses and saying I love you ( I read her lips) I just ended up giving her love right back of course.
We did go on deck 7 where my friend had a cabin as well and tried to get a catch of Brian and Leighanne but we ended up being on the wrong side but we did see them walk down the hallway so after awhile my friend and I just left and let Erika go get some sleep.
