My Trip To Arizona
March 6th 2004
Day One
As I was waking up on Saturday morning, to the beautiful sun trying to shine thru my blinds, and hearing the wind. It was about 7:30am, I decided I should get up because I have a lot to do.
I got up, checked my mail very fast, to see if I gotten any important info from Maria or Faby. I didn't get anything so I went to take a shower, got ready and started to pack some more.
It was about 8:00am, I was almost ready. I was talking to Faby on yahoo, just chilling, Maria was already on her plane to Arizona. I had to call Eric at 9:00am to wake him up so he can get over here by 10:00am so we can hang out for a few and he can drop me off at the airport.
About 10:30 he got to my house, and I finished getting my things ready and put into my car. Eric took me out to lunch at Chick Fil A
(My favorite place), When we got done it was earlier than we thought it was. We drove to the airport anyway, and Eric stayed w/ me till I had to go thru the security. I went about an hour n so early, I just wanted to be safe and not miss my plane lol. I sure did already start missing Eric, and I gotta say it was boring but I cleaned out my purse and stuff, it kept me busy, Lmao!
Anyway, let's move on, I did have a good flight, From Denver to Salt Lake, I had like towards the back, no window (which sucked), but overall it just took forever it seemed. I had Row A seat 1 on the plane from Salt Lake to Arizona, Which was great, I love having the window seat, but much smaller plane lol. I kept thinking how the trip was gonna be, how Arizona will be, and if there really was gonna be a Maria and Faby meeting me at the airport. I was supposed to meet Mew there too but things got so messed up, Maria and Faby already checked into the hotel, and just hanged out till it was time to get me. I arrive in Arizona about 8:35pm, I called them to let them know I landed. Maria met me at the baggage claim, 15 minutes later, I thought they forgot about me, it was about 9:00pm or so when Maria finally found me. I felt so much better, we went back to the car and then to the hotel. I was just looking around and listening to Nick's CD in the car. Arizona was so pretty, I was speechless, and warmer compared to Colorado.
We went to the hotel, and I dropped off my stuff, we talked for a few, put make up on, etc. Pretty much this evening was to get to know each other and stuff. We was supposed to meet Jackie and a few people at the Hard Rock Cafe but, that didn't turn out the way we planned so we all went and ate at Denny's and then drove around. We went by the America West Arena also. It just gave me chills. I think we all went to bed late. I sure didn't wanna get up early. We was planning to wake up by 5:30am and leave by 7:30am. I fell right to sleep.

Day Two
Let's see, Maria got up at 5:30am by the sound of the alarm going off, I was just waking up, I couldn't go back to sleep so I decided to get my things ready. Faby was still sleeping. I started getting ready bout 6:00am, and we was all planning to get ready and leave by 7:30am, but that didn't work out, we just wanted to make sure we looked good, we had everything we needed, and we finally left by 8:00am. We had to go get a few things before the game but Walgreen's was closed so we decided to go the nearest gas station. We got American West Arena about 8:30am. There was so many people there already, my face just dropped. When we got there, I called Mew, that the number Maria left for me, and it turned out to be the wrong number, so I got really nervous, and I decided to stand in line to buy tickets, There was about 15 lines and I was the 2nd person in the line to buy a ticket. There was this girl in line few rows next to me, I guess from her "Nick" shirt she was a fan too, but she was giving comments about my shirt to people, I just laughed. Maria and Faby went and got in line. I couldn't stop moving in the line, finally 10:00am came, I got my ticket and Faby was standing by the lines to meet me. When I followed her to the lines, I couldn't believe it, everyone kept staring at our shirts and giving us comments, I gotta say B2K fans are so mean, but I just kept thinking to myself, after a year n few days, I'm gonna see Nick again, it was a great feeling.
Finally after standing in lines FOREVER, The doors finally opened up, at like 11:30am, People starting rushing to the doors. It was hectic. When we got close to the doors, I thought "Yes, We're in, we might get good seats afterall but no, the ticket guy had to mention us having backpacks, this lady kept arguing with us, then she said we couldn't bring videocamera's but when we called they said we could bring backpacks and videocamerea's. After a few seconds, the lady was telling me that I was having an attitude with her, and that she can kick me out, but Maria and I both explained to her that I wasn't yelling, I was just speaking loudly because I can't hear with all the noises and background. The lady called us a liar and still had to keep giving us crap. When there's other people coming in with backpacks and videocamera's, I kept thinking this is gotta be a joke. After 15 minutes of arguing and trying to see whose gonna go save seats and whose gonna go back to the car, Maria decided to go save the seats, while Faby and I went back to the car. What makes me mad, is that I still could have sneaked my videocamera *growl*, we got back in there and there wasn't anyone even checking bags now lol, odd I think so. They wanted to yell at someone and it had to be us.
Faby called Maria to find out where she is, saw the court, I saw Nick practicing, I just started to freak, so hot and so sexy haha, We finally found the section that Maria is, and we thought she would have been closer than she was sitting but yeah, we finally found her after 10 minutes. I was sorta upset because I could barley see, and either of my camera's was takin good picture's. I would say we was in like row 30 or somewhat close to that. I decided to make myself have a good time and be thankful I was even there. Maria did choose the right side, because Nick's team was on our side. Whoop! We saw him getting interviewed by the radio station and when he mentioned the BSB album, Faby, Maria and myself just screamed! Everyone looked at us like we're crazy (well I guess we are nothing wrong with that). Nick heard us and pointed to our section, which kicked ass. *grins* I also watched when Drew Lachey was getting interviewed. It was awesome to see him, he sure is a hottie in person. Well then Nick went and practice some more then everyone went backstage, Nick decided to sign for a few fans, which was nice :) We had to wait like 15 minutes or so, then they all come out, and Protec some more, and whoop, Nick team was on our side *dances* You could see him great, but like I said earlier, my camera sucks even though it has a zoom. When they was calling out all the players, and we kept getting ready for Nick, when he came out, we screamed so loud. I just gotta say it was so cute seeing Nick practice and playing basketball He gets into the game very easy. Faby and I also, did a great thing, that we will never forget. Nick made a foul shot and we didn't know, but all we heard was the guy saying the name "Carter" and we screamed, not knowing that it that he made a foul shot, Maria was all telling us it wasn't a good thing. Faby and I just laughed and everyone around us looked at us and laughed. Nick looked like "Whose side are you on" HaHa (Sorry Nick). He played a lot for the first 2 period's. Everytime he took a break,he sat down and Paris sat on his lap, he came closer to us to get some water and a few fans screamed and he said hi to them, then Nick was pouring water onto his head. Nick went back to the game, went into for a huddle then he was walking back to the seats, and he slipped and fell onto the chairs, and hurt his finger. Faby and I couldn't help but laugh but we also hope he was okay, he was going around to everyone showing his finger. Every seemed to care but Paris lol, Nick kept looking at it every 5 seconds, it was cute. After he got "hurt" he didn't play much, He did make a basket by us, first he missed then the second try, he scored, and we did cheer him on, from the video, you can hear us lol.
I gotta say the time went fast when we was in there, cuz there was only a minute left of the game and we decided to leave just incase we could catch them leave the arena. We got there just in time we got our spots and waited. I guess one of the guys from B2K came out and the girls went crazy. There was so many B2K fans that made us pissed, they would diss Nick and then diss us. We was basically trying to tell them to mind their own business. It's not hurting them that we was there for Nick. We saw the first Coach USA bus and Nick wasn't on there, but then suddenly, 10 minutes later, I got the biggest feeling in my stomach that something was gonna happen.
Another Coach USA bus came up and the fans started screaming because they saw B2K and other celeb's, I couldn't see because where I was standing, but then I noticed Nick was sitting on the bus way in the back, I thought to myself that we had luck again, we was on the right side to see him on. I screamed and waved to him, then I moved close with Maria and Faby, but some B2K fan had to try push me off the railing. He looked at all our of shirts, then our faces and then the sign. He smiled and gave us the peace sign. Suddenly after that we saw Paris head come out of nowhere lol...*starches head* After we tried to keep up to see where they are going, someone did tell us they usually catch a flight to go home, but we knew that they didn't, we mostly hanged out after the game, we went sightseeing, took a look around Arizona. I knew I should have worn shorts that day, It was to hot! We went to this like mountain there was a few houses n such, and it had a wonderful view. We was standing there taking picture's n having fun, and we saw a Helicopter, and we was like wow, that's cool. We drove around a lot, and we also found the Hilton, lol. We didn't have anything better to do, we was actually just trying got see if we can spot Nick.
When we got back to the hotel, we relaxed for a little while, and then Maria fell asleep, so Faby and I went to the pool and decided to just soak our feet, and talk, we did wanna swim but we both forgot our bathing suits although I did say we should bring them lol. Faby and I talked for about good 30 minutes or so, then Maria woke up and came out, we all decided to leave and get something to eat and drive around some more. After an hour or so we went back to the hotel and went to sleep, we was all tired from the long tiring day.

March 8th 2004
Day Three
We woke up, and not wanting to go home, but we all got up and each took a shower and got ready, and packed our stuff. Awhile we was getting ready and stuff, we saw on the news that the place we was from yesterday the helicopter was, someone died there. He fell off the mountain. We was so freaked out about that. We also found out that Nick and Paris was at the afterparty and what hotel n stuff. We knew we was right, that they was still in town. I think we all got ready to go about 9:00am or so. We left Maria and Faby decided to try and go look for the hotel, I just enjoyed sitting in the back and looking at Arizona, and getting a nice tan in the back-seat lol. We drove pretty far from the airport then we drove by it, and went the other way, I was getting lost lol. It was fun though, to hang out, drive and laugh, before we all had to depart. We went and returned the car, and waited for the bus to take us to the airport. When we got there, Faby and Maria had to hurry to make it to their plane. Maria and I had to get off for our planes, and Faby had to get off at another stop. Maria missed her plane and had to take a later one which she didn't mind as much, because she could give me some company since I had to wait till 7:00pm for my plane to depart. Maria and I went and had some starbucks and lunch, and had a lot of laughs. I did wish Faby was there with us. I already miss her.
Time sure did go by fast, and it was already time for Maria to get on her plane. After we said bye, I went and waited till it was time, talked to Jackie on the phone, watch planes land, watch people take and put luggage on and off the planes, listened to music, read my book. It was so hard to keep myself busy for 5 hours *shakes head*, Bright side, I did get window seats on both planes home. In Salt Lake, I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes before boarding, when I finally got home, it was about 11:45pm. I was happy to be home but then I wasn't. I was happy to see Eric, and see my room and family, when I got home, I couldn't wait to get up the next day and tell everyone what happened.
