Let's just say this day went by so slow in the morning since I had school but I was leaving at 11:30am so therefore I only had to go for 3 hours which was the longest 3 hours ever. Thankfully it went by quick and I headed to friend's house to get ready and head to the airport everything was great until we got to highway 85 and 104th ave, my friend's truck broke down so therefore we had two problems now and I had no idea how I was getting to the airport, I had text many people with no luck, I called few people, no luck but thankfully eventually I would make it to the airport but didn't know but thankfully a RTD bus driver saw me stuck and had luggage so he asked if I wanted to get on but I said I didn't have cash (only CC and 20 dollar bills) he let me on for free which I will be forever thankful!
I was there on time and I figured to get a beer and something small to eat which I thought was awesome I was relieved until I noticed my watch said 2:45pm and I was on the wrong concourse once I noticed my gate wasn't my gate after all, I ran from one end of B concourse to train, from train on concourse B to end of it at my gate which had to be the last gate on the end and they were about to board and luckily I was able to board right then and there and gotten window seat but I did get my exercise in and my fit-bit hit another stage which was awesome lol!
The flight to OKC was about a hour and 30 minutes but it went by quickly as I listened to BSB, played a game on my Kindle and stared out the window. :) I arrived and found Katie eventually after getting my luggage (it sucked my phone had died) Katie and her boyfriend Justin was there greet me and we headed off to dinner at Wild Buffalo Wings, yum so I was definitely excited! I ended up ordering two beers since after what I had been through it was needed. I also met another friend of Katie's which was so much fun we all had good laughs and jokes, afterwards we headed to Katie's to drop off Justin and my things, headed to Walmart got a few things, and waited until another friend of Katie's was ready to get us to go to the bar, it was a fun interesting night had tons of fun which was nice for my first night.
June 6th 2014
The day started off to be very busy, we had errands to do in the morning, did some shopping, try to swap our tickets for the pit and while we did we saw Howie but didn't say hi since we were too far away but it was cool to see him up and moving (seemed to look to be feeling a lot better) afterwards we headed back to the car to head back to Katie's place started getting ready for the day, we had to be back at the make up place by 2:15pm.
The makeup process was fun, I never often let others do my makeup and it was fun to get it professionally done, and since Katie and I didn't have VIP or AP to attend we figured to treat ourselves to something. I happened to make a funny deaf joke as well which was awesome it made everyone laugh including myself, good times LOL :)
Afterwards we headed to pick up Amber and Stephanie, and went to pick up another Amber and headed to the venue, we all went to eat at this restaurant which was a cool place, the food was great and it was fun, we even got to draw on the table with crayons, never can go wrong there right?
We headed back to the venue to get our tickets as we were told to get to the box office no later than 6:30pm, and we were upgraded to the Pit (left side) I was so excited, because I loved the pit from last tour so I was thankful to getting to experience it again as well as my friend Katie getting to experience it as well see the tour itself, we saw old friend's, made new friend's, had couple of drinks, and we couldn't wait to see what the night would bring us.
Brian and his son Baylee came out and Baylee ended up performing 2 songs for us and he shake my hand twice, the first time he smiled at me and gave me like the "hey" look. I think he did amazing, he can sing, and he did amazing!
We were informed that Avril wasn't going to be performing but as we waited we noticed that our pit wasn't so packed it was like maybe 20 people in it and it was nice we were able to move around from area to another without any pushing or shoving so therefore the first couple of songs was actually pretty awesome. When they came out and started performing The Call I was so happy I was in tears. Brian noticed me during the song and waved to me which made me smile of course.
At some point in the show it was either The Call or Don't Want You Back I had shown Kevin my tattoo and he loved it and smiled big at me and that made tear up a little as well. AJ noticed me during a song I believe it was Don't Want You Back he waved and smiled at me and I waved back and asked him for a selfie and he said nodded at me and said later I gave him a thumbs up and smiled. I also remember helping Megan getting Howie's attention and we had it for a few seconds it was fun I was so happy for Megan.
Nick introduced the guys as they all came onto the round platform and Nick finally saw me in the crowd after talking for a bit he said hi, smiled at me and sort of just grabbed my hand and slides it off it was interesting I want to say it was a shook but it wasn't it was more like a glide.
Howie came by next on the platform and saw me shook my hand and I asked him for a selfie and he said yes and took my camera and took a photo sadly it didn't come out to well but took a great horrible photo of me ha-ha and because he took it I showed it on Facebook ha-ha but you can see him little in it so it counts right, plus I got photo bombed by two other fans. Brian came by and shook our hands and he smiled at me and I asked him if I could have a selfie and he said yes but later so I said okay thank you, and he thought I was asking him again so he repeated it but honestly I wanted to tell him something very quick but too many girls getting his attention so I let it go and let the others have him. Kevin came by and shook our hands and smiled in doing so he went all around the platform and some point his ass was in my face not closely but just enough to see that it's one sexy ass, I'm just being honest.
During the song called In A World Like This AJ had came down from the left side by the round platform (why fans wasn't allowed inside, that was my original wanted spot) he then came into the pit and danced with some of us and few of us got selfies and he saw me dancing and having fun he nodded at me and got ready to pose and I totally forgot I was video taping it so our selfie was a movie ha-ha turned out neat I think and he made sure I was okay with it and I nodded and I told him thank you and kissed him on the cheek he kissed back, greeted some more fans and selfies and shortly headed out from the pit back onto the stage.
During I Want It That Way Howie starting goofing off with me pretending to fall off the stage and I was shaking my head saying nooooo and laughing and he was laughing as well it was a cute adorable moment, I will never forget. Another great moment happened during this song out of nowhere Brian comes down to us and my friend Katie had my camera so I tried to get into the photo finally realizing he was wanting to take a selfie lol and later that evening I came across another photo of that moment only where you see Brian laughing at me and I'm trying to get the camera ready because Katie c couldn't get it to work so I agree it's a tad funny but no really anytime I want photos with Brian it always acts up ha-ha!
I had two moments with Kevin as well through out the show some eye contact but before the show ended he came by us again and when he came to me he looked right into my eyes and thanked me (thanks Kevin for knowing I need to read lips) ha-ha but honestly it was amazing I told him welcome but I'm thinking in my head “no thank you” but I couldn't get myself to say it. Another moment we had was during a song and we were singing and dancing along for a few seconds I was trying to follow his moves (where he shakes his ass a little) ha-ha it was priceless, I couldn't believe I was doing that but I had fun and it's another moment I won't ever forget.
When the show ended I was sad and tired but still very happy about the the way the night way but sad that it was over with but I was thankful to be able to leave with such great memories with the guys.
Shortly later we found out our friend Lauren had missed the show due to a family emergency and wanted us to go with her to see Backstreet Boys in Kansas City the next day. Heck yeah I would love too I'm totally down for it but I had no extra money to be doing this at last minute but because I have such awesome friend's it all worked out and we decided that morning we were going and had lunch, picked up Lauren, went to Katie's place get our stuff and headed for the road. Let me tell you this was so much fun and awesome I had such a amazing time I would do it again in a heartbeat that's how amazing it was.
We thought we were going to be late due to traffic around 4pm but thankfully we made it but sure had some major laughs on the way great times. When we arrived we went to try and see what seats we could get and finally we were given 4th row on the side and I was so happy about that especially for last minute seating I already knew tonight was going to be amazing ( there was no pit at this show)
I heard that Baylee was coming on so we rushed to our seats and watched Baylee, I saw Leighanne and Brian on the other side watching as well tried to get their attention but I think I failed. Avirl was on next, I love her it wasn't my first or second time seeing her either but she is very hard to hear and understand at a concert but I did understand some and enjoyed her set, she even waved at me which was pretty damn awesome.
Backstreet Boys were next YAY!! I couldn't believe I was here seeing Backstreet Boys for the 2nd time in a row it was awesome I was so grateful I actually cried during this show and not once but a few times. I got a wave and wink from Howie, Nick waved and smiled, Brian waved and smiled at Katie and I, Kevin sang to me twice which was super duper amazing I never will get tired of looking into those eyes. ;) AJ saw us and smiled, he also came down during In A World Like This and shook my hand and smiled as he walked by, try to get a photo but I totally spaced it out.
When AJ talked about Q I had lost it I was into tears I couldn't hold it in anymore I mean you can only be strong for so long so therefore this was my breaking point. Mike (Q's brother and bodyguard) came over to me and comforted me, kept me in a hug for a few minutes talked to me and we talked about Q for a little bit and he told me to enjoy the show and have fun that's what Q would had wanted so I told him I will, took me few minutes to calm down but I did and I did just that I had fun for rest of the show!
Afterwards we went to the after party. My friends had the upgrade so they got to go in before me so therefore when I finally noticed that I was separated from them I had a little anxiety issue but after Mike calmed me down and told me that eventually I'll be able to get up there just couldn't at moment due to meet and greet so I waited with another friend of mine Annette and had couple of drinks but I was pretty pissed thinking I had paid 75.00 to be separated entire night and see bunch of heads but we were told this by the other security guys so we were confused.
When the tape came down everyone just ran up to the stage as I did too and got pretty decent spot. I gotten Howie's attention and told him thank you for everything and he told me you're welcome and winked at me and also took a selfie with me. AJ came by and passed out glow sticks I had gotten one from him and he smiled at me. Eventually I met up with Katie and Lauren and we all ended up getting selfies with Howie and AJ. I asked Howie to do a funny one ha-ha I love it, and when I got mine with AJ my face isn't appealing I was a little upset because I was treated wrongly by Josh (another bodyguard) I went to put my hand on AJ's shoulder because I know that the waist can make people uncomfortable so I was trying to be respectful as I could and Josh took my hand and threw it down so hard it made me uncomfortable, but I took it and AJ asked me how I was, I asked him how he was and I told him I would let him go and he said thank you and gave me a kiss on the cheek and I walked away with a smile. Sadly not much Nick interaction but he did see me but that's it.
The drive back was long and tiring but we all said it was well worth it and I don't regret a thing. :)
