JustxBeingxMe

First off I just want to say that going to California to see BSB was probability the best decision ever because my friend Katie and I got to make it a mini vacation which was awesome, we went to Hollywood Blvd and saw the BSB star, went to the beach and of course went saw and met the Backstreet Boys.

Irvine, Califorina

Shall we just fast forward to the boys? I think so.

I gotten a email to arrive at 3:15 for check in and we actually arrived a little earlier than that and upon walking towards the meeting place there was people all over the place and I thought yep this is very unorganized they had Jesse VIP there as well and we were all mixed up and we finally checked in and got our passes after waiting 3 hours it seems and the hot sun doesn't help but the venue was nice to give us bottles of water while we waited and I met Hilda *waves* once we gotten inside the venue we were all separated by the package we have gotten and Gold was the longest since it was sold out but while waiting what seemed to be forever (Backstreet Time right) I met Vanessa and Steffy, and met some other cool fans, I also saw Kristin and I went over and told her that I just wanted to say congratulations and she said thank you and said she would love to stay and chat but she was needing to go get friend’s and family.  At the last minute we was told that anyone that has VIP and wristband for the GA/Fan pit we needed to get into another line and we was taken first to start the walk to sound-check and it was bit of a walk ha-ha. Once we arrived Justin took us to our seats and it was off to the side a bit so we had a okay view during sound-check when they sang the songs but when answering questions they went to the front which made us see their backs mostly and I had a hard time understand what was being said since I couldn't read their lips at all :\ but I do remember that Nick said he will be married next year and Nick was like I’m sorry, not sure why though he has nothing to be sorry about. When AJ came out I told him hello and he said hi to me, came over and talked to me for a little bit but I had a hard time understanding with his beard but I think it was awesome that he did that, he asked how I was and I asked him how he was he said tired and said more but that part I didn't catch. Mason was near us during it and he was just being the cutest boy ever, singing along, and making funny faces and once he saw us taking photos or something he would stop get shy and yet serious like his father, it was too cute.  After Sound-check was over Leighanne came out with Baylee and I told Leighanne hello and she said hi to back with a wave/smile but she seemed busy trying to talk to someone about something so I let her be.

We were first to go get ready for photos and we were taken backstage near the buses, and saw what actually happens back there. I saw Leighanne as we walking and she saw me and said hello again and gave me a hug, I said hello to Baylee and then I asked Baylee if he was performing tonight he said yes. We were first in line to meet the boys but that changed at last minute because the Platinum was going first and before I knew it we were next as I was waiting Leighanne walked by and said something about being sexy or something ha-ha to me since it was almost my turn, I just waited for my turn and before I blinked it was time so I started walking up there (hoping I look decent and wouldn't trip) ha-ha Nick saw me and said “heyyyyyy” and smiled like he was happy to see me there. I shook their hands and said hello to each one of them one by one (sucks no hugs it sucked) AJ said something to me and I couldn't understand him, Kevin looked into my eyes and said hello and all serious like, Nick said hello and was all smiles and last but not least I got to Brian he gave me the look that is normal between us and I gave him one back of course and next thing I know I turned to look at Nick and he telling me where to stand I of course had no second guess are you kidding me, he knows me too well ha-ha so I was in between Nick and Kevin and all I remember is holding onto Nick’s waist tightly which probability made him uncomfortable but truth to be told I was just nervous as hell and not sure why I guess I had my own titanic moment to never let go? Ha-ha! Anyways I was sort of bummed because I had things to say to Nick and I didn't get a chance but out of no where I just asked him for a hug and he hugged me and said something but I of course didn't catch it and as I leaving I turned to Brian and was like “long time no see stranger” and he said something else too but  I didn't catch what was being said but he looked at me started laughing  and I just laughed along because I didn't want to look like a idiot. As I walked to wait in the line until it was time to go get our spots Katie and I screamed and shared our experiences and next thing we were able to go get our seats and I just remember hauling ass to the pit and we grabbed our spots but we didn't know that the spots in front of the stage was open too so before we realized it was too late so we just stayed in our spots and made it best we could but all I have to say is the guy in front of us was the most annoying guy ever I almost wanted to slap him.

The concert itself was amazing, I was seriously blown away and yes I didn't watch any videos I wanted to be surprised and I was! I thought Baylee was cute singing his couple of songs and the crowd seemed to enjoyed him he also shook my hand once. I loved watching Jesse McCartney but wish he would of came closer, DJ Pauly was okay I’m not a big fan but he did get the crowd going so that’s always a good thing. I couldn't believe how close we were it was like we were on stage with them, we were close enough we could of slapped their asses but of course being respectful we didn't go anywhere near their butts. We got eye contact from all of them but I noticed I got the most eye contact from Nick but we felt the unloved by Howie ha-ha! Nick actually touched our hands twice, the second time it was during All I have To Give he came to us, when Kevin held my hand it was for a few seconds and it was just too sweet, Brian came over and shook our hands, and I finally got to shake AJ’s hand at the very end of the show after Larger Than Life. I have to say it was awesome to watch Nick and his on stage energy I personally enjoyed it it felt good to see Nick up close and doing what he loves to do, being happy as well.
