I have to say that attending the Chicago shows was nothing that I expected and I guess for all those times I was feeling nervous I guess I had my reason’s after all.
Let’s just skip to NKOTBSB shall we?
The day ended up being like any other day, pampering, shopping, hanging out and whatnot, I get a text message from a good friend of mine Krista and turns out it didn’t workout for her to come to the show which had me very bummed because I was really looking forward to seeing her well the nice person she is she gave me her ticket so a good seat wouldn’t go to waste so after some figuring out she got the box office to get me that ticket and it turned out be even amazing since my sister SD had the seat next to it! (Thank you Krista so much, you are amazing and no matter what others have done you are WAY better than that and your true friend’s will always be here for you no matter what happens, I got your back but honestly from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!! *hugs*)
I didn’t text SD I thought I would surprise her and when I tapped her shoulder we screamed, hugged, screamed, hugged again and etc until we finally got ourselves together, she went with me to get a pretzel and items I got a t-shirt, bracelet and BSB panties.
As the show was about to start bunch of fans moved up to the barricades and the ushers didn’t do much since it was a bit out of hand but eventually thanks to a usher I was able to move up closer as well, ;) and let me just say that when NKOTB came out and Joey looked at me I had my fan girl moment (no lie) but seriously those eyes just swoon me. The show was just awesome if you been to one you know it is and if you haven’t you’re in for the best night of your life the way they have the show set up so fans from all over can enjoy, they try to interact with the fans much as they can I honestly was trying to enjoy the show but it was impossible to not be taking photo’s of these gorgeous men!
Again thanks to Krista! ;) the most least expected thing happened to me sure I made it happen but just like everyone else they would do too if they had the chance. When I saw that Nick was going to come down the steps into the crowd to choose someone to sing too I was over by the entrance of where he came out of and I just waited and when I saw him get closer I grabbed his hand, looked into his eyes deeply and asked “please choose me” he teased of course by looking around and then finally saying yes and I was like trying to give my camera to my friend while Nick was trying to pull me onto stage LOL. As Nick and I walked down the catwalk I saw some friend’s so ended up waving to them as we walked. As I was trying to sit on the stool it moved a bit so I sort of freaked out but Nick was there and held my hand to make sure as I got on it and stayed on. As I looked around waiting for the other guys to get the girls and for it to start I looked over and saw Jodi, Leighanne, Prue and Baylee and we were joking from afar a few times and Baylee was waving to me it was very cute. I couldn’t stop smiling I was very happy and enjoyed the big moment and yet I still was thinking “Is this really happening”? Let me tell you he teased the hell out of me, He teases me to give me the rose so I reached for it and he’s all having me smell it and asking if it smells good LOL, I thought he was going to give me the rose the kinky way so I opened my mouth which was funny the crowd was laughing, he threw himself on me and all I could do was laugh and yet have my arms around him, and I even touched his butt only because the girls in the crowd were telling me too so I did, he got a hold of my hair and moved it which I noticed I never moved it back until I got off the stage LOL he was just one big tease the entire time we walked back down the catwalk and I will NEVER forget the hold handing and of course I couldn’t take my eyes off of him either we get to the tip of the penis stage and I stand and look over and there’s Brian and he notices me and gives me this big smile and says hi and he ends up coming over to give me a hug which made me smile more, Nick got down on his knee and sang to me and I never once took my eyes off his when he was done he came up hugged me and of course I always get a kiss from him so I waited for my kiss ;) *giggle* and I got it! Whoo! :D and I start to walk off and he leads me to the stairs and holds my hand while I walk down such a gentleman. *sighs*
I went back to my seat and had to take a moment to set it all in and then finish watching the show, I was dancing, singing and screaming my lungs off, I think the way the show ended was awesome after the show I kept getting stopped by people on my way out and such asking me questions about the stage with Nick and so forth it was crazy and people were congratulating me as well which made me smile.
We all got ready and pampered up for Howie’s after party when we got there we were taken in by someone and took us to our table I ended up having a few many of grey goose with pineapple LOL. I also met some of my friend’s Carrie and Jennifer there, Carrie and I went over to Howie to say hello and we talked for a bit and I told him we had to take a photo because I was dressed nice and he said “awe, okay” he was rubbing my shoulder I told him I was kidding but he said we could take one I didn’t have my camera so I had to take one with my cell and it came out good which made me feel better. I told Howie I haven’t seen or talked to Leigh since 2005 and where was she and she was in the VIP as well just talking to people sitting on the sofa but never got a chance to say hi but that’s okay. Carrie and I also ended up having a shot of Tequila with him later that evening as well and I think the shot is what tipped me off and got me pretty damn buzzed plus drinking some more grey goose. I asked Howie about a DLF cruise for my friend and he said he wants too it just depends on what’s going on but he really would like to do one though. Shortly after AJ came up when we were talking with Howie and he said hello to us and then AJ and Howie took off so we were curious of why and they all headed over to the stage so I went to go look and I ended up getting on the boxes with Carrie and we ended up dancing to 100 when Howie was performing good times and sadly I fell while getting off due to my flip-flops and the floor being so slippery but it’s all good all I did was end up with a big bruise on my leg ha-ha but we ended up leaving shortly after but the party was still going though, I just remember getting back to the house, getting ready for bed and I passed out LOL.
